Terms and Conditions – Surf Filming Service
Service Overview
This service includes up to one hour of filming in up to 4K resolution at a beach location of your choice between 13th Beach to Lorne.
Additional filming time can be booked in advance for an extra fee.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
Payment must be made in full to secure your booking.
Scheduling and Weather Conditions
The filming session will be scheduled based on wave and weather conditions for optimal results.
If conditions are unsuitable on the booked day, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
Client Responsibilities
The client must communicate their preferred filming location and time during the booking process.
The client is responsible for ensuring their safety in the water during the session.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the session will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.
Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather) will be accommodated where possible.
Filming Limitations
Filming is limited to one location per session unless agreed otherwise in advance.
While we strive to capture the best possible footage, wave quality and other natural factors are beyond our control.
Footage Ownership and Usage
The footage captured during the session is provided for personal use only.
The client agrees not to resell or distribute the footage without prior written consent.
We retain the right to use clips for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Liability
We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the session.
The client accepts full responsibility for their actions in the water.
Equipment Care
Any damage to filming equipment caused by the client’s actions may result in additional charges.
