Terms and Conditions
Service Scope
Our event broadcasting service includes up to three cameras, two commentators or MCs/PAs, integration of digital graphics or documents (provided by the client), and optional bespoke digital content creation. The service also includes background music if requested.Booking and Payment
A minimum booking of three (3) hours is required, which includes setup and pack-down time.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Specific payment terms will be outlined in the invoice.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide any digital graphics or documents for integration at least 72 hours before the event.
The client must ensure access to the event location and provide any required permits or permissions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking fee.
Technical Limitations
While we strive to provide a seamless experience, service delivery may be subject to technical limitations, including internet connectivity and unforeseen equipment issues.
We will not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Content Creation and Usage
Any digital content designed by us remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to use event footage or graphics for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Liability
We will exercise all reasonable care during the event but are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by factors outside our control.
The client is responsible for ensuring the safety of our personnel and equipment at the event location.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share your event details or footage without prior consent.
For private events, we will ensure secure and exclusive access to the broadcast for your selected audience.
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or require specific arrangements, please contact us before finalising your booking.
