Terms and Conditions – Full Day Videography Service
Service Overview
The full-day videography service includes up to 8 hours of filming in up to 4K resolution, tailored to the client’s requirements.
Additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee, subject to availability.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours prior to the service date.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide clear details about the location(s), schedule, and expectations for the day.
Any special permissions, permits, or access required for filming at specific locations must be arranged and provided by the client.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund, less the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the service will forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Travel and Additional Costs
Travel within 100km of Phillip Island is included. Travel outside this area may incur additional costs, which will be agreed upon in advance.
Parking fees, tolls, or location-specific expenses are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
Footage Ownership and Usage
All footage captured is for personal or professional use by the client, as agreed.
The client agrees not to resell or redistribute the footage without prior written consent.
We retain the right to use clips for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
Filming Conditions
While we strive to capture the best possible footage, environmental factors (e.g., weather, lighting) may impact results.
Changes to the schedule or locations on the day must be discussed in advance and may incur additional charges.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue restrictions).
The client is responsible for the safety and security of the filming environment.
Post-Filming Deliverables
Raw footage will be delivered digitally or via an agreed-upon format within 7-14 business days unless editing services are requested.
Editing services can be added for an additional fee, with timelines and deliverables to be agreed upon separately.
